Dr Rachael Ross outlines What You Should Know About Testosterone

On the Wikipedia, Testosterone is described as follows:

“Testosterone is the primary sex hormone and anabolic steroid in males. In humans, testosterone plays a key role in the development of male reproductive tissues such as testes and prostate, as well as promoting secondary sexual characteristics such as increased muscle and bone mass, and the growth of body hair.”

Testosterone is therefore a very important hormone for men. In the video, Dr. Rachael Ross says: It is important to note that testosterone is naturally produced in the body and that there are natural ways to boost production. These include getting adequate sleep and making lifestyle changes. 

However, if these measures are not enough, and if one is experiencing symptoms of low testosterone such as difficulty losing weight, mood swings, hot flashes, and sweating, it may be necessary to supplement with testosterone medication. She emphasizes it is important to consult a doctor before doing so, as there is a chance of something going wrong. 

She went to to say if the doctor is not willing to prescribe testosterone medication, it may be necessary to look for other options. Please watch the video for full details.
